By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quadmension and its licensors.

  • Course Content: All videos, text, quizzes, and curriculum structure are the intellectual property of Quadmension LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or license any content unless specifically authorized by us.

  • Project Files & Code: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloadable project files and code snippets for your personal learning and personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source code or assets as standalone products.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

  • Sharing accounts (e.g., buying one course and sharing the login with 5 friends) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor account activity and terminate accounts where concurrent login activity suggests account sharing.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

  • Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Usage of the checkout page is subject to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Refund Policy: 

    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at contact@quadmension.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

  • To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service (e.g., DDOS attacks, scraping content).

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Quadmension, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

  • Any content obtained from the Service;

  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service (e.g., learning a coding skill) will meet your expectations or that any specific employment results will occur.
